Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technology roadmap for the 2026 vision, identifying key technologies that will disrupt the market.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor the global technology landscape to identify emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and digital transformation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Pilot Programs: Lead the design and implementation of pilot programs for experimental technologies.
- Risk Management: Assess the risks and rewards of adopting new technologies, ensuring robust implementation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a strategic planning, product management, or technical leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and future tech trends, specifically in AI and automation.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
