Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI Strategic Roadmap in alignment with company vision.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing interfaces, and autonomous agents.
- Identify market gaps and competitive opportunities by analyzing global technology trends and emerging regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee the evaluation and integration of third-party AI APIs and open-source models to enhance product capabilities.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI deployment, ensuring responsible innovation and data governance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or artificial intelligence leadership.
- Proven track record of strategic planning and successfully delivering long-term technical roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning algorithms, Neural Networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong background in Stakeholder Management and translating complex technical jargon into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications in AI ethics, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), or strategic management are a plus.
