- Define and execute the strategic vision for Nexus Horizon's technological evolution leading up to 2026.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI engineers, data scientists, and UX designers to build scalable systems.
- Oversee the integration of next-gen neural networks into our core product infrastructure.
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess their potential impact on our business roadmap.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, transparency, and data privacy.
- Present quarterly progress reports to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching AI-driven products on a global scale.
- Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and predictive modeling.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
