Key Objectives:
- Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026.
- Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into core products.
- Ensure data security and ethical AI compliance at scale.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a scalable AI architecture roadmap specifically tailored for 2026 operational standards.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation generative AI solutions.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing platforms.
- Conduct rigorous stress-testing and optimization of AI models to ensure zero-latency performance.
- Establish and enforce architectural patterns that ensure longevity and maintainability of the tech stack.
- Advocate for ethical AI practices, ensuring bias mitigation and transparency in algorithmic decision-making.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models at scale.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Semantic Search, Vector Databases, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence technical strategy across departments.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
