Responsibilities
- Architect AI Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures tailored for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to integrate emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing interfaces and Neuro-Symbolic AI.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of large-scale machine learning models, ensuring high performance, low latency, and energy efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and designers to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric features.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML, including at least 3 years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern NLP frameworks. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
