Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Tech Stack: Design a scalable, future-proof architecture that integrates generative AI, neural networks, and edge computing.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on quantum algorithm optimization and synthetic data generation.
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Translate business goals into technical milestones, ensuring our platform is ready for the regulatory and technological shifts of 2026.
- System Scalability: Oversee the migration to serverless and edge-first architectures to handle billions of concurrent users.
- Culture of Innovation: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Futurism: Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies before they become mainstream.
- Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams of 10+ engineers in high-stakes environments.
