Responsibilities
- Architect & Implement: Design and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Lead Research: Spearhead research in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning to drive our 2026 product roadmap.
- Optimization: Optimize model inference and training pipelines for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency using cutting-edge hardware.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Design) to translate technical insights into user-centric features.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all models adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and bias mitigation standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying machine learning systems at scale.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of deep learning architectures.
- Tools: Experience with MLOps platforms (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow), cloud services (AWS/GCP), and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to debug complex issues and innovate under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
