Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures that support the long-term roadmap of the 2026 Initiative, focusing on predictive modeling and autonomous agents.
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the research and development of deep learning models, optimizing for both performance and ethical AI standards.
- System Optimization: Enhance inference speeds and reduce latency in our core engine, ensuring real-time processing capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to integrate AI solutions into robust enterprise products.
- Pioneering Research: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, evaluating new technologies like Federated Learning or LLMs to drive product innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with proven experience in training and deploying large-scale models.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, preferably within a high-growth tech environment.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and architect resilient distributed systems.
