Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, high-performance AI models for the Project 2026 initiative.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and design) to define and execute product roadmaps for future tech.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Optimize deep learning models for real-time performance and low-latency inference.
- Conduct research on emerging AI paradigms and implement cutting-edge techniques.
- Ensure robustness, security, and scalability of all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models into production environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
