Your Role

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production deployment. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our AI models, from training on massive datasets to optimizing inference pipelines for real-time applications.

Responsibilities

  • Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale Generative AI models and LLMs using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Infrastructure Optimization: Optimize model architectures for efficiency, reducing latency and computational costs in production environments.
  • MLOps Implementation: Build and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines (e.g., using Airflow, Kubeflow) to ensure reliable model deployment and monitoring.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and Data Scientists to define AI requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL. Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical concepts.
