The Role:
You will collaborate with a world-class team of data scientists, researchers, and engineers to design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art AI models. You will be responsible for the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to model serving in production environments.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for Large Language Models and Generative AI applications.
- Conduct research to pioneer novel algorithms and techniques for the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Optimize model inference and training performance using distributed computing and advanced hardware (GPUs/TPUs).
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high technical standards.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Ensure robust security, privacy, and ethical AI practices in all deployed models.
Qualifications
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience deploying LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3) and RAG architectures.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
