Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune advanced deep learning models for NLP and computer vision applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and scalability to handle millions of requests per day.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of industry trends and integrate novel techniques into our production pipeline.
- Ensure robust data pipelines and implement MLOps best practices for model monitoring and retraining.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning (RLHF, LoRA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
