Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and generative AI agents.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms to solve unsolved problems in natural language processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise-grade products.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, fine-tuning, and RAG pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products to market.
