Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, train, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models and large language models (LLMs) for production environments.
- Strategic Innovation: Lead the research and development of AI strategies aligned with our 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI ethics and automation.
- System Optimization: Optimize existing AI pipelines for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency, ensuring high performance under heavy load.
- Collaborative Engineering: Work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex, large-scale systems.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
