Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML pipelines for next-generation autonomous systems
- Lead research in quantum-enhanced machine learning algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions in IoT and edge computing environments
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI governance and bias mitigation
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation
- Optimize models for energy-efficient deployment in distributed systems
- Stay current with emerging AI standards and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in production-level ML/AI system development
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong background in neural architecture optimization and quantum computing principles
- Proven track record of deploying AI solutions at scale with measurable impact
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, SageMaker)
- Published research in AI/ML or quantum machine learning (highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible development practices
