Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement robust AI infrastructure for scalable, high-performance production environments.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize state-of-the-art models (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA) to ensure low-latency inference and high accuracy.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving AI landscape, researching and integrating cutting-edge techniques.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML model development.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex systems and optimize performance.
