Responsibilities
- Architect & Scale: Design and deploy scalable deep learning architectures for large language models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives focused on emerging paradigms for the 2026 era, including Agentic AI and Neural Symbolic reasoning.
- Optimization: Drive performance optimization for inference and training pipelines, reducing latency and energy consumption.
- Model Governance: Implement best practices for model bias mitigation, safety, and compliance with evolving regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product teams to translate technical roadmaps into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Education: M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years focusing on NLP or Generative AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with Hugging Face Transformers and distributed training frameworks (Ray, Horovod).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to define technical roadmaps and prioritize long-term research goals (e.g., the 2026 vision).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
