Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI systems for high-impact products.
- Lead the end-to-end data pipeline architecture, from ingestion to model training and deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve in AI research, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies and methodologies.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency in production environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
