Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and production models.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms for Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to translate research into production-ready features.
- Optimize model inference speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency on edge devices.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning engineering and deep learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow) and version control (Git).
