Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Lead the design and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI roadmaps.
- Oversee model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation to ensure high accuracy and low latency.
- Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical culture of the organization.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Track record of deploying AI models to production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
