Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and robustness for the year 2026 and future iterations.
- Model Development: Lead the design, training, and deployment of advanced deep learning models, focusing on natural language processing and computer vision.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of large-scale data pipelines, improving inference speeds and reducing latency in real-time applications.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of best practices, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to translate futuristic requirements into concrete, achievable technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to ensure AI models are robust against adversarial attacks and adhere to data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Spark).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems in ambiguous environments and make data-driven architectural decisions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing technical projects from conception to delivery.
