- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Translate business objectives into technical strategies that align with our long-term 2026 vision.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest security standards and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Innovation: Experience with Generative AI models and large-scale language models (LLMs).
