Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of advanced AI models, focusing on scalability and performance optimization.
- Architectural Strategy: Define the technical architecture for 2026 product lines, ensuring robustness and future-proofing of our AI infrastructure.
- Model Fine-Tuning: Lead initiatives in fine-tuning and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific enterprise applications.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership to junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor model latency, throughput, and accuracy to ensure optimal user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformers, and Generative AI models.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and delivering production-ready software.
