- Lead Technical Vision: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Optimize Performance: Drive the optimization of model inference and training pipelines to ensure sub-millisecond latency in high-volume production environments.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with product leadership to define the AI product roadmap, identifying high-impact opportunities for technological advancement.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Ensure all deployed models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the integration of AI workloads into AWS and Azure environments, ensuring security, compliance, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-scale environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
