Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable AI systems aligned with the company's 2026 strategic vision.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop advanced machine learning models capable of processing real-time data streams with zero-latency inference.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous engineering standards.
- System Optimization: Optimize existing neural networks for energy efficiency and hardware acceleration using FPGAs and TPUs.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Quantum Awareness: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and their application to classical machine learning problems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance engineering teams and drive technical strategy.
