Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable deep learning pipelines and neural architectures optimized for high-performance computing environments.
- Research & Development: Lead R&D efforts to explore emerging paradigms in AI, specifically focusing on the 2026 roadmap goals (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing integration).
- System Optimization: Fine-tune model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and architectural sessions.
- Ethical AI: Implement fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) principles to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into functional software solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying production-grade machine learning systems.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Ray).
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Kubernetes.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with data-driven approaches.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
