Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines capable of handling high-throughput inference.
- Lead the research and implementation of fine-tuning strategies for domain-specific AI applications.
- Optimize model performance, reducing latency and computational costs while maximizing accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, and Security) to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, monitoring, and observability of AI systems.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure ethical AI deployment and bias mitigation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with deep understanding of neural network architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong mathematical background, including linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
