Your Mission
As a Senior AI Architect, you will be at the forefront of innovation. You will lead a team of elite engineers in developing scalable AI models that integrate seamlessly with emerging quantum computing protocols.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core AI infrastructure required for our 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate classical AI with quantum algorithms for hybrid processing.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) to achieve human-level reasoning and context awareness.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define technical milestones and deliverables for the 2026 transition period.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and data scientists to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Policy & Ethics: Establish guidelines for responsible AI development and compliance with emerging regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Vision: Demonstrated experience in researching and implementing futuristic technologies (e.g., AGI, Neuromorphic Computing).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
