Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and oversee the technical architecture for 2026 AI initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and high-performance inference.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in researching and deploying Agentic AI workflows and autonomous agents.
- Model Optimization: Spearhead the optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) for edge deployment and real-time applications.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Translate business goals into technical roadmaps, forecasting trends in AI evolution up to 2026.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible data usage to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in leading AI/ML architecture teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems design.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure AI services and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments.
