Responsibilities

- Lead technical strategy and architectural decisions to ensure system robustness and scalability for future growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, researchers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of engineering excellence.
- Stay at the forefront of AI innovation, evaluating new technologies and methodologies to integrate into our ecosystem.
- Optimize existing algorithms and infrastructure to improve efficiency, reduce latency, and enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices architecture.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to production deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
