Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the implementation of the 2026 Technical Roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exascale data processing.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including neural interfaces and edge computing ecosystems.
- Define and enforce architectural standards that ensure security, compliance, and performance at scale.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct risk assessments for long-term technology investments and propose mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects with a focus on future-proofing.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML model deployment and the infrastructure required to support them.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
