Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 core infrastructure, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for our AI initiatives, aligning with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines and research prototypes for production deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research to integrate novel techniques into our stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices.
