The Role
As the Senior AI Architect, you will be the technical bridge between theoretical research and production-grade deployment. You will design the core architecture of our AI systems, ensuring they are robust, secure, and ready for the demands of 2026.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure tailored for high-volume data processing.
- Lead the architectural roadmap for 2026 initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological best practices.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate research into production-ready models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model governance to ensure reliability and compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into the existing ecosystem to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or C++, and proficiency in at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), and model explainability.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
