Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure to support enterprise-grade applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge generative AI models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, legal) to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce computational costs for large-scale deployment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and propose strategic technical roadmaps for 2026.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Deep experience with deploying large language models (LLMs) in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of shipping high-impact AI products.
