Responsibilities

- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the research and development of proprietary AI models, focusing on NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Optimization & Performance: Continuously refine model accuracy and latency, ensuring our systems are faster and smarter than the competition.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Domain Knowledge: Extensive experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA), RAG architectures, and MLOps practices.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
