Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, high-performance AI/ML infrastructure and model architectures.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, including model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Establish best practices for code quality, documentation, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct technical research to identify emerging trends in AI, NLP, and computer vision.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, deep learning algorithms, and natural language processing.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
