Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of the core Project 2026 neural engine, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards for the AI research division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, security experts, and product managers.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in the development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Rust.
- Experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems in a fast-paced startup environment.
