Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities targeting the 2026 product launch and beyond.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex distributed systems and neural network infrastructures.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a world-class team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to foster a culture of innovation.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research into cutting-edge AI methodologies, including generative models and predictive analytics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical realities.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading technical strategy and architectural decisions for large-scale products.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Visionary Thinking: Ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies for the 2026 landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
