Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions across quantum computing, biotech, and AI ethics
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and government agencies
- Present visionary forecasts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders at global forums
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal skunkworks projects and incubation programs
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight across the organization
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in emerging technologies, strategic foresight, or related field
- 10+ years in innovation leadership with proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI governance frameworks
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and managing cross-continental teams
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
