Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Project 2026βs core AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Optimize existing models for scalability, latency, and accuracy to ensure high performance in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to keep Project 2026 at the forefront of the AI industry.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical use of data within all AI systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and machine learning engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and microservices.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred.
