Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable distributed training pipelines for large-scale transformer models.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for edge deployment scenarios.
- Lead the technical roadmap for Project 2026, defining architectural standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Conduct research and prototyping on novel architectures (e.g., Mixture of Experts, State Space Models).
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed models.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and GPU computing (CUDA).
- Strong proficiency in frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or shipping production-grade AI products.
