Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the design and implementation of scalable, robust machine learning infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Model Development: Develop and optimize advanced deep learning and generative AI models to solve complex, real-world problems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Edge AI) to ensure Project 2026 remains ahead of the curve.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy.
- R&D: Stay abreast of the latest research in AI and contribute to patentable innovations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture and large-scale systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- AI Specialization: Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Professional certifications in AI or Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) are a plus.
