Your Mission
You will be responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of our core AI infrastructure. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade software, ensuring our systems are not only powerful but also responsible and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure for the Project 2026 roadmap, focusing on LLMs and generative AI.
- Lead the technical strategy for deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment automation.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure system security, privacy, and compliance with global data regulations.
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on our long-term strategy.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Extensive experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in designing fault-tolerant systems.
