Responsibilities
- Architecting the Future: Design and implement high-performance neural network architectures capable of scaling to petabyte-level datasets.
- System Optimization: Lead the optimization of model inference and training pipelines to ensure maximum efficiency and low latency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and define technical best practices for the Project 2026 initiative.
- Strategic Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate advanced AI solutions into broader enterprise ecosystems.
- R&D Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, identifying and implementing novel algorithms to drive competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. Strong background in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- MLOps: Proven experience with MLOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to break down complex problems and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
