What You Will Do
You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical architecture of our 2026 roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and performance at a massive scale.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the long-term technical vision for Project 2026, translating business goals into robust engineering strategies.
- Lead a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists to design scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed systems.
- Oversee the implementation of cutting-edge AI models, ensuring they are production-ready and optimized for low latency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize features and manage technical debt.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security (including AI safety), and deployment automation.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java, with hands-on experience in building large-scale distributed systems.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade Machine Learning and AI infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with LLMs, Transformers, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
