Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable machine learning pipelines for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Optimize and fine-tune large language models for high-throughput, low-latency inference.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating generative AI into enterprise solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct regular code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with industry regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and prototyping new AI methodologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven experience deploying LLMs and NLP models at scale.
- Strong understanding of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and RAG architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
