Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance for Project 2026.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and implementation of advanced machine learning algorithms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning frameworks.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior and mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Translate business requirements into technical specifications, defining the long-term technical vision for the AI platform.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to define feature sets and ensure technical feasibility.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, conducting load testing and optimization to reduce latency and improve throughput.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is required.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and high-scale machine learning pipelines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments.
