Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable ML Infrastructure: Design and implement distributed machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead R&D Strategy: Spearhead the research and development of next-generation LLM architectures, including multimodal models and reinforcement learning agents.
- Model Optimization: Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency through advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for bias detection, fairness, and safety in autonomous systems to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier data scientists and engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural workshops.
- System Integration: Integrate AI models seamlessly into cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP) using microservices architecture.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning architecture.
- Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Transformer models.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing high-availability, fault-tolerant systems at scale.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
