Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance neural network architectures for Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI model development, from research to production deployment (MLOps).
- Establish best practices for data governance, model explainability, and ethical AI compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies in the AI space to stay ahead of the curve.
- Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, deep learning, or AI research.
- Extensive expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready LLMs and generative models.
- Strong understanding of MLOps pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically about AI ethics, bias mitigation, and safety protocols.
