Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with executive leadership to outline the long-term AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and future trends.
- Architect Scalable ML Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure that can handle high-volume data processing.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the exploration of cutting-edge AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI, pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
- Mentor Engineering Teams: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement best practices for data privacy, bias mitigation, and ethical AI governance in all developed solutions.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance, accuracy, and efficiency of deployed AI models.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable strategic plans.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
